I do accept some insurances! I believe accepting insurance is an important part of providing broader access to care. Currently, I can accept Aetna, Premera, Lifewise, and First Choice Health. I hope to be paneled with Regence in 2026. I will keep this page up to date with my insurance credentialing.

I can accept clients located anywhere in Washington state! Clients do need to be in the state at the time of the appointment (i.e. if you travel outside of state, we can’t meet during that time).
I live in the Methow Valley and particularly enjoy working with others who live in this community.

I work Tuesday through Friday. I can accommodate a variety of scheduling needs, and intentionally offer sessions in the evening, when most people are finished with work and school for the day.
